Please join Ivy & Mariah from the Parenting Place for "Trauma-Informed Care for the Classroom"!
Trauma can have major impacts on children's developing brains and bodies. We will explore ways to build positive experiences with children that can counter these effects. Participants will learn co-regulation skills, behavior management techniques and how to approach children and families through a culturally sensitive lens.
Participants will: 1. Recognize our role in Trauma-Informed Care. 2. Apply the core principles of Trauma-Informed Care. 3. Build Informed & Responsive Connections.
Participants will receive 2 hours of ECP credit.
