Lead Teachers: Infant, toddler and Pre-k

The Lead Teacher / Curriculum Specialist will provide direction for the program and staff in the classroom. They will develop and implement program curriculum in the classroom and mentor other teachers through the process.  They will guide and mentor the other teachers on supervision and re-direction techniques and be available to answer questions as needed. They will work cooperatively with other teachers, staff, and administrators to carry out the child care facility mission and vision. The incumbent will provide quality childcare services to children and parents that focus on Play N’ Learn Academy’s core values.
