Descripción del trabajo
Lead Preschool teachers will be responsible for creating and implementing lesson plans, facilitating parent conferences, recording child development via anecdotes in Teaching Strategies Gold, engaging with children in a meaningful way, and maintaining classroom cleanliness and safety.
Must have Lead status (Level 3 or higher on MTECP) before starting.
Pay ranges from 15-17p/h DOE. FT/PT spots available, hours flexible. Paid Time Off available after 90 days of employment.

As a program, we want to invest in our staff to create well-rounded and educated caregivers. We follow through on this by providing many training opportunities throughout the year.
