Child Care Peer Leaders
Building and sustaining strong local networks of
child care professionals

Peer Leaders are child care professionals who bring together their local child care peers to build strong, connected networks.
These networks support child care professionals in not only remaining, but thriving, in their vital work of caring for and educating Montana's youngest children.
Networks of child care peers drive local change and join with other communities on statewide advocacy and action to center the voices of those who care for young children in Montana's early childhood system.
