Mobilize Power
Mobilizing our collective power means stepping into leadership roles, growing community, dreaming big and advocating everyday for a Montana early childhood system that is shaped by the voices, leadership, and collaboration of those who care for young children.
"In most educators’ careers and experiences, policies about them have happened to them and without them; in our experiences, this is particularly true for educators from communities of color; those working in family child care homes; those who do not speak English as a first language; those who live in rural communities; and those who work with infants and toddlers."
