This position is full time (35 hrs/wk), Seasonal (UI-summer), $10.83 (and up DOE) + Benefits (paid medical insurance 90/80; vacation/sick leave, 401K).
Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, knowledge of and training in food service; at least 1 year experience with food preparations and USDA requirements; experience in food procurement is preferred.
General Duties: Responsible for preparation and serving of meals using the Child Adult Food Care program (CSFCP) guidelines. Ensure the smooth function of the kitchen, adherence to health, cleanliness, and food safety codes.
