About the Event
Join Meghan Higle and other Montana child care providers for the "Overcoming Daycare Burnout Book Club."
Learning Objectives:
- Participants will be able to define burnout and list signs leading up to burnout as well as signs of current burnout.
- Participants will learn new methods to effectively direct/work in a child care setting while avoiding burnout.
- Participants will come up with 3 self care plans and 3 program management ideas for themselves to cope with burnout.
Two additional hours of training are included for participants to read the book and fill out the discussion questions outside of class. Discussion questions will be sent out a week before the event. Participants will receive 4hrs of ECP credit in total.
