How to Engage with Your Consultant around Educator Wellness: Intro to IECMHC

In this course, participants will learn the basic elements of Infant Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation (IECMHC). In addition, participants will learn how educator wellness is an essential element of quality child care. Participants will learn how they can work with an IECMH Consultant to improve their overall health. The course will conclude with participants creating a wellness plan with concrete strategies to support their well-being.
